Privacy policy
This explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us when you ask for a teardown or book a call, we use it to reply, and we don't sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by Paid Ads Pte. Ltd. ("Paid Ads", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202424674E. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
When you request a teardown
Your website address, email address, what you sell, your monthly paid spend range and where most of it goes. If you answer the optional questions, who runs your Google Ads and your biggest issue. We also record the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and, if you came from an ad or a tagged link, which platform and campaign it was (including the ad platform's click ID), so we know which ads bring enquiries. If you have accepted cookies, sending the form also tells Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising that an enquiry happened, and Google may receive a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email so it can match the enquiry to an ad click.
When you book a call
Bookings go through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking questions, and shares it with us. We also note which page or ad brought you to the booking and, if you asked for a teardown first, link the booking to that request. If you have accepted cookies, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising are told a call was booked.
When you browse the site
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising record how you use the site: pages viewed, the device and browser you use, roughly where you are, and which ad or link brought you here. If you choose essential only, none of them set cookies and the Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft tags don't load. Google still receives basic signals without cookies or identifiers, which it uses only for aggregate measurement.

Whatever you send us, and our replies.
How we use it
- To record and send your teardown, and to follow up about it.
- To run the call you booked and, if you ask us to, build a plan for your accounts.
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand which pages and ads bring enquiries, so we spend our own marketing budget sensibly.
We don't sell your data and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Legal basis
Where UK or EU data protection law applies: we rely on legitimate interests to reply to a teardown request or booking you made, and on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time from cookie settings.
Who we share it with

International transfers
We're based in Singapore and the services above store data in several countries, including the United States. Where UK or EU data leaves those regions, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Teardown requests and call bookings that don't lead to working together are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it, and withdraw consent for cookies at any time. Email sam@paidads.io and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), your local data protection authority in the EU, or the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set, and the Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft tags don't load, until you choose "Accept all". You can change your choice any time from cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
